dream effect

i was wondering how to do the dream effect. i saw the topic before couple times but i just cant find it. i check on the tutorials. can anyone help me out? blink.gif

Usually you do that, but sometimes, your colors get all weird.

Usually:

- Duplicate your image
- Filter >> Blur >> Guassian Blur at 5-10 pixels (It depends on picture)
- Lower the opacity of that layer to 50-75%

Voila

The way I do it is:

- Duplicate the picture
- Gaussian Blur the duplicate with 5-7 px, depending on how "dreamy" you want it to look.
- Set the duplicate image's layer options to Overlay or Soft Light.
