I need some help on a few things.., Has to do with Skinny Layout Options

Alright. My first question.. or help thing.. is that if you look at my profile, the very bottom links, are all to the left, rather than centered. Is there any way to get these links either in the center or to just hide them completely? I tried the hide bottom links code, but they just stayed in the same place.

My MySpace -Check it out homies.. lol

And the second thing, is that my comments and friends are pretty huge. Is there a way to only put 4 friends on any sort of custom friends list? If anyone has any real good custom friends lists.. let me know!

And the last thing, does anyone know the code for the hover that distorts all the pixels in a picture and makes them like.. in blocks? You should know what I'm talking about.. almost everyone has it.
