pic in place of blog Options

i found this script on this forum... it replaces your network and blog with nothing just makes it blank space which looks goofy. could anyone help me maybe instead of having it just be blank space have it either a) move everything else up or b) replace that whole area with a picture. if anyone could help me in either way i would greatly appriciate it! java script:emoticon(':biggrin:')
