Well, the choices were hard, but I went with intelligence because I think humor and intelligence go hand in hand for the most part. =)

If you are intelligent, you should know when to use all the above except for sense of humor maybe.

Confidence. Everything about a person and his interactions with others is derived from his own self-confidence. Humor, personality, friendliness, intelligence (and ability to discuss intelligent things), honesty, and open-mindedness all comes from a person being sure and comfortable with himself.

Honesty is the most important quality to me. Without a moral compass to guide a person through life, all else is irrelevant. Integrity and character are the most enduring elements of successful relationships of all kinds.

Everyone, thinks i'm funny, and just real. I speak my mind. And it tends to make people laugh. so i'd want someone like that, too.

Hmm. I was going to choose intelligence but I'm leaning toward self-confidence due to what Michael said.
Honesty has the lead right now, but I'm usually (brutally) honest. Hmm. |

i picked openminded because i think that with that trait, people can go a long way in trying to understanding each other better. i've known too many people who have gotten upset over something because they didn't see the other side to the situation.

Well, they have to have intelligence. Otherwise, they'd be (no offense), not interesting to talk to. They have to be funny. And then caring/loving, which if they were, they would also be honest and loyal and yeah. All that good stuff.

Sense of humor.
I would say intelligence, or at least thinking, but I can at least talk to people who aren't that smart and be OK with it. I really can't stand talking to people who don't know how to laugh. |

i'd say modesty/manners in people...that's important to me because i don't like people being rude or crude to anyone....i mean i like honesty...but sometimes the truth hurts...and some things are better left unsaid...
but really...i dont honestly LOOK for these things...haha not when finding a friend anyways ![]() |

modesty/manners
-intelligent people are know-it-alls.. annoying as hell -sense of humor is good and all but being funny guy everytime gets old real fast -confidence is a good thing.. but dont be confident if you got nothing to be confident about.. that'll only get you ridicule or better yet, your ass kicked -independent people don't need you -loyalty will only go so far.. we're all human, if it came down to it, most of us will choose to help ourselves first and foremost -caring/loving.. aww how sweet -_- but most people can't trully care for someone they don't love -honesty.. if millions were on the line, would you be honest? if you liked someone but that person liked your friend, would you be honest? i didn't think so.. but dont feel bad, most people would do the same thing -success has a tendency to give people "big head syndrome".. really annoying as well unless you're one of those spineless suckups openmindedness.. wonder if thats even a word.. but who cares, there are worse things/traits dang.. i think thats just about the most i've ever typed here |
