something wierd is going on AGAIN, please help... Options

okay well i posted before and now i am again cause the same sort of thing happened....
well i put a new layout on and i decided i wanted to make it skinny so i put the skinny code in and it made my freind space all wierd so i tried to change it and i deleted the skinny code so now its just this
