Look at what's coming up. First of all there's the PS3 and Revolution launches, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (probably the top contender for GoTY), a lot of games for the PSP (everyone please check out Valkyrie Profile!), more solid DS games, and probably my favorite bit of news, Mother 3 for GBA in Japan!!!

What are you excited for in 2006?

But it was already released in Japan. It's not exactly "news."

Well yea, but when you asked about if it was released, I was assuming you were asking about the NA version.

All the new-gen systems coming out... I sure would like to know more about the Revolution. Hope it comes out on top, Nintendo is a good company... I don't see why it would just give up by making a second "gamecube." The gamecube was next to nothing compared to the PS2 and X-Box...

Good games coming out too. happy.gif

Oh... Never heard of that game. I still own a gamecube, maybe I shall try it sometime.

Still, it's the game, not the game console. Unless ThunderEvermore is exclusive to Gamecube, it doesn't really help.

Hey... it's ThunderEvermore that Kyrogenix was telling me about...

Ever considered making a game out of your life called "ThunderEvermore?" If you ever do, you should make it on Gamecube. I'm sure it'd be a great game. shifty.gif

Nice to meet you too. happy.gif

^ I actually planned to make a game out of my life, calling it Vaunta. Well my exaggerated life anyway. I'll have magic and stuff. But my enemies will really be my real life enemies.

I got the name while brainstorming for character names for a DBZ MB RPG about 8 years ago.

Anyway, the GCN had a great life. Games like Super Smash bros Melee and Star Wars Rogue Leader started off with a bang. One of the biggest problems with the GCN however was the lack of Capcom support. The punks yanked out a Viewtiful Joe and Resident Evil 4 exclusive on us, giving copies to the PS2. There are many great games for the Gamecube, the only reason people dont like it is because of they strive to make games for everyone, the way it used to be. It has a well rounded game library with great games in each genre, and there are still great games to come.

Plus it was second in world hardware sales. And it had the most comfortable controller known to man (IMO).

Last I heard, 2006 was bringing in a new Justice League of America game (based on the comics, not the shows). If that's the case, then truly a great year of gaming will be had in 2006 - at least for me.

Oh yeaah... Super Smash Bros. Melee and Star Wars Rogue Leader were some of the greatest games I've played... and on Gamecube. happy.gif Ahh... they were the first games I got on that genuine Christmas day...

I got a PS2 and X-Box later on... and I guess Halo 2 pretty much owned. And if I got bored of that... there were a few games I played on PS2... DDR, etc.

...Back to topic at hand.

I seriously want to know everything about the Revolution. I haven't bought any of the new-gen systems yet, and I'm not planning to until they all come out... Then I'll buy whichever one I think would be the best...

Wait so Kingdom Hearts II was released in Japan? It should be released here too sad.gif It's such a cool looking game. I've never played it though.. Pressing too many buttons at the same time.. Too complicated haha. =X Games and I don't mix.

But wow finally, some new games for the psp. I simply adore the system (yea, I'm a psp fangirl), so I'm glad that they'll be releasing some new titles. I wonder if they'll have a Lumines 2.. Hmm....

Will the PS3 still sell for about.. $400? Hmm...

I'm excited about Kingdom Hearts II and, of course, PS3. I hoping PSP will have a greater library of games this year and from what I have been reading about some incoming titles, I have a reason to remain hopeful.

WOOT, Christina for being a fellow PSP fangirl *high five* throb.gif
