Hey not all azn parents are like that my moms like a teenager she wears teenager clothes, sings along to the music that we listen to (its kinda annoying) and even looks younger then she really is (she looks 29 people say). and disturbing as this is she owns a thong >_< even offered to buy me one but i think she was joking. But yea moms are moms even though my mom acts like this sometimes, she can also be really really nagging and strict about things

You don't need thongs to get rid of VPLs. Wear lacy underwear, or underwear with lace lining. Thongs are uncomfortable.

My parents were like that too, until I just kept buying them behind their backs and they gave up. Good luck with that. Sorry about your parents.
