CODE <a href="#" onClick="window.open('something.gif','_blank','toolbar=0, location=0, directories=0, status=0, scrollbars=no, resizable=0, copyhistory=0, menuBar=0, width=500, height=400');return(false)">Click me.</a> Her's is slightly different, but that will get you the same effect so it doesn't really matter.  At least it did when I tried it.
