Well, first off..I'm bored and
Yay! It's also tennis season. Anyone else on their school team?

Anyway, singles/doubles?
What's your strongest stroke? Weakest?
What racket do you use?
How long have you been playing?
Also (if you know), what kind of a grip do you use for your forehand/backhand? (eastern, western, hammer, uh...i forgot the rest)

Yeah, I play doubles for my team, but I sub for a couple singles games. Strongest stroke is definitely my forehand, and my volleys are worst. I use a Wilson Hammerhead, and I've been playing for a year perhaps? Well, I played for the team last year, but I never took real lessons. I still don't, but I practice more often. I use an Eastern grip for my forehand, and a hammer grip for my back.

Your turn.

Haha sean. I think you're the only person here I can actually play tennis with irl. BOOO, why all the way at leland? Bastard.

Anyway, yeah, singles is better. Unless you have a good doubles partner...then you don't have to run to get those short balls :P

I played singles when I was on JV, now I play first doubles on varsity. My forehand is strongest, volleys are weakest. I use a Prince Triple Threat, and I have been playing for five years. I used to use western forehand grip, but I changed it to an eastern grip to hit flatter shots. I use a continental grip for my backhand, serves and volleys.

gawd...my best friend is on the Varsity tennis team. I watch him practice or play sometimes. I guess tennis is really really boring to me cuz I just end up lying on the bench and falling asleep the whole game. He finishes the game and wakes me up and I don't even know if he won. Bleh.

And it busts urs knees/ankles too doesn't it? All that intense running around. Gah.

But hitting a tennis ball is satisfying, no doubt about that!

I used to play tennis as a kid. I was on a team and all, but I lost interest in it.

Never played badminton before. Didn't know what it was until I was in grade 9. Yea, some people thought it was weird since I'm Asian and I didn't know it was. Used to play it like tennis in gym class. Lol. Then the teacher taught me. Lol. But I never really got the hang of it and when I did last year, in grade 11, when I went to the gym to play for free, it was all good. But then I started playing tennis for fun. Not good >< Using badminton ways for tennis. So yea. It's all messed now. I don't really like tennis, but hitting the ball and trying to play is alright =]

Prefer singles, doubles is good for fun, don't really like it in competition.
Strongest stroke...I'm consistently inconsistent, it switches between forehand and backhand. Weakest is volleying - too slow and don't really got the 'soft' hands for it.
Ancient racket, Agassi's old one, Head iRadical
Been playing since I was eleven so eight years.
I've always hit a flat ball but have switched to a semi-western since university where I play for Ladies 1st team, which is varsity in 'American', I think.

I broke 3 rackets (well, strings on rackets) in 10 minutes once.
