Physics:
Absolutely nothing.

Calculus:
I like application problems and figuring out how to solve a problem on my own.

English:
The Great Gatsby was awesome. Poetry was not. It really depends on the literature, I guess. I like discussion about the author's ideas, rather than strictly about the story's plot.

French:
I just like the conversation and the culture. We read French articles about current events, too, and it's interesting to delve into the French media.

History:
Analysis of society, rather than memorization of facts.

Theory of Knowledge:
Socratic seminars, applying philosophy to the various ways of knowing, learning about fallacies and how to BS like a politician. :P

World Religions:
Islam is fascinating. I like learning about the religious ideas and connecting the ideas to each religion's unique traditions. Learning about similarities between faiths is also interesting.

Hmm..well Language arts I love because we read some cool books, and our teacher lets us to fun projects and essays. In Social Studies I like to learn about World Wars, but this year I have a boring teacher and we just are learning about Latin America. In math-I just like everything in general _smile.gif In Spanish I guess it would be just speaking in spanish and having a conversation, because it's cool to talk in different languages. In Science I would say expieriments, I had a lot of fun in science last year but this year we have a mean teacher who takes the fun out of the expierements.

Geometry -
Nothing really 'fascinates' me about Geometry but I enjoy working on it over a few of the other subjects such as English. I don't have a very good teacher though.. or maybe it's the class. mellow.gif I really enjoyed having Algebra 1 last year though.

French Intro -
I find it interesting how differently structured the language is. For example, everything is either male or female.. no 'it'. Stuff like that is just, in a way, interesting.

US History ADV -
I've never been a fan of any type History up to now. For some reason, I'm now interested in learning about US History.

Physical Science -
Science is probably one of the more 'difficult' classes for me--mainly because I have a hard time memorizing all the material, but I manage. I find everything about science interesting, really.. especially the labs, ahaha. Plus, my teacher creates activities that, I guess, make the learning process a bit more 'fun' and interesting.

English -
In the past year or two, I haven't really enjoyed any of my English classes-- including this year. I guess it is just the teachers that I've been getting. It's easy for me to pass through the class, but I just find it.. too dull. Ehhh..

PE -
I find it 'fascinating' how everyone doesn't participate in the exercises. Meh, that's just me.. I know I do the exercises, they're not that hard. _dry.gif

Orchestra -
It's pretty interesting being in orchestra, especially when we get new pieces to sight-read/play. I sometimes don't like attending the concerts because they go on for too long (like until 9 o' clock PM). The idea of being able to go to Great America, competing with other schools and such make it more 'fun', I guess. My teacher is really nice (except if you haven't mastered a part of a song that you've been going over for weeks), so I enjoy the class.

I suppose nobody cares about the French program rolleyes.gif but well
philosophy: all that is about language and happiness (some of the subjects we already talked about) but actually I don't really enjoy philosophy
french litterature: absolutely nothing!!! I hate it
english: everything I think
spanish: huh... we have only talked about the government in Chile since the beginning of the year so I suppose I can say that I find it interesting
cinema: I like to shoot films, that's fun
history: everything is interesting but too many dates
geography: it's very interesting and I'm glad to realize that I already know most of what we are learning biggrin.gif

I find Honors Chemistry I very fascinating, I love learning about the molecular bonds and how things react, I really enjoy chemistry.

I enjoy Honors Algebra II because I enjoy the complicated thinking skills the math requires, and when you really break it down everything is so simple.

My Symphonic Band/Jazz I Band classes are the best. I love learning about music, music is my passion.

My primary areas of interest are in mathematics and natural sciences. While I started off my college career as an English/poli sci major, I found I didn't like the humanities and social sciences very much. I like calculus, and math in general, because it provides what I find to be a very good description of the world. I like logic because that's how I think, and that's how I analyze a problem. I like computer science because it allows me to creatively apply my knowledge into a specific area that I really like learning about.
