Hmmm i dont know what this is called. I think its a colorization? I used MS Paint And MS Word. Tutorial [x] Should I Add anything 2 it? I have a feeling that im missing something. =\

Yea, I think it's kind of like a colourization, in an odd kind of way, but how did you do it in ms paint and ms word?

You'd get more feedback for this if it was in digital art.. So since this really isn't a help topic, I hope you don't mind if I move it.
But yeah, maybe add some background effects and definitely a border. |
