Hmmm, well I haven't read that many books but I'm about half-way thru "Go Ask Alice" It's a really good book. But I guess it depends on what kind of books you're into. Also, The Series Of Unfortunate Events books are good.. I read up to the third one. Hope that helped at all..

those are exactly the books i was gonna put blink.gif i read up to the fourth book of the series of unfortunate events but they are kinda depressing

Children of the lamp: the akhenaten adventure. by: PB Kerr
This is about some adventure to kill some pharoah. it's really cool... you should read it. happy.gif

Hey, that PB Kerr guy came to our school! His British accent is so cool!

Back to the topic, the Harry Potter books are good. In the 5th book though, Harry Potter is so angry! It's annoying. Plus in the 6th book, all the romance is bunched up in there instead of being spread out into the other books.

Uncle John's Bathroom Reader for Kids Only is a really interesting book about your body, ghosts and stuff like that.

And I love anything by Kate DiCamillo (Despereaux, Because of Winn-Dixie)

-Lord Of The Flies
-Books from John Grisham. His stories are a little slow but an interesting read.

And I highly recomment The Rule Of Four. If you enjoyed The Da Vinci Code, you'll enjoy this one. And if you haven't read the The DA Vnci code yet go read it.

here's a few good ones

The Giver-short, sweet, and one of the best books you'll ever read

Of Mice and Men-One of the ONLY books that I was forced to read for English in high school that I actually enjoyed reading

Dean Koontz novels, any book by Dean Koontz is magnificent, well crafted, his characters are rounded, funny, sarcastic, and his plots and suspense just keep me begging for more. Only thing is most of them are long, so as long as you don't mind spending a little time to read one, definitely check him out. If you want to know more, I can list some of my favorites that he's written to get ya started.

The Alienist by Caleb Carr... awesome book... couldn't put it down. Also, the Harry Potter series is good, I started it sometime in August and I'm up to halfway of the 5th book.

I think this might actually go under entertainment, since it doesn't have to do with school.

1) Animal Farm
2) The Catcher in the Rye
3) The Harry Potter series
4) Rosemary's Baby
5) To Kill a Mockingbird
