Most of the time, yes, i normally just wait til i get home in my room, then I release the anger there. I want to stand up to them, but I just can't.

Most of the time..I can stay pretty calm around other people at least. But sometimes when I'm really angry, I like to throw things in my room, or punch the pillow and slam doors.

mostly. depends on what made me mad and just how mad i am. either i control it, or lose it and start yelling at someone, or crying really hard or throwing things.
