still dont understand, changing titles Options

i know there have been posts about changing titles such as music and and movies to what you want. but i still either dont understand it fully or the codes are not working for it. if i want the music to say tunes or something can you actually put that into the code where it should be so i can see what i am doing wrong here.

In your profile, between <style></style> tags, add:

now on each box just add:

now that ive done that is there a way that i can move the boxes over so there isnt a huge gap there? and is there a way that i can change the titles for about me and who id like to meet?
