irritating bottom bored Options

hey first post here and i was wondering if you guys knew what i could do to get rid of the red and white dotted border line on the bottom of my page

The only red and "gray" dashed line that I see is the one that borders the bottem most table has, I dont think there is a way of getting rid of it entirly. But I would suggest you could remove the bottem links:
do not place bettween <style></style> tags
