This girl liked me... definetely hot, has good qualities.... BUT, her sister liked me as well... so I didnt want to get involved in anything since they both liked me... but now time has passed and her sister moved on... but I still like the other one... Did I blow the chance or should I check out the situation?

if you still have feelings for her then go for it. there's no reason why you shouldn't. it should rid the burden off your shoulders now that her sister has moved on. so go for the shot. good luck!! =]
