I have no idea how to do it plus i want 2 to stroke and double stroke the picture like she did there. Please Help, I know I ask for alot but I just really want 2 learn how 2 do this. If someone could give me a tutorial over it I would gladly appreciate it.  Also, thanks to Toyo Loco..something like that she helped me double outline text. So thanks again!!

toyo loco No the pen tool is for vectoring and vexeling.
