Sorry if I have posted in the wrong area
I checked every topic to look for the question  My question was: How do I make a glowy star effect in PS7? I have "star" brushes but I tried doing the glowy effect

Put the brushes on a new layer, duplicate.
Use Gaussian blur on top layer set to somewhere between 2&6. Set top layer to screen, you're done. |
