contact table, image map--it doesnt work! Options

I made a contact table on image ready using image map cuz its different then a regular contact table, but i dont know how to ake it so i can redo links and everything plz help

You can just make an image 300x150 and put like SEND MESSAGE ADD ME;etc..and den use dis code..(put in about me)
