Sorry, I can't give you any advice there. I've never travelled alone, always with my parents and brother. Mm, but I would think that you should not annoy your fellow passengers ;) and try to just enjoy the ride. Plane rides are much fun.

i went on a plane without my parents..but i was with my friends.

the only scary thing about it is that the last time i was on a plane resulted in me not being able to swallow for 6 weeks. it would have been nice to have my mom there to force me to eat on the plane. because i didnt. and it was a 20 hr flight.

No, I haven't. I've been on a plane once and it wasn't..fun. I'm terribly afraid of heights. I don't have to be that high to get scared, but putting me on a plane?! sheesh.

yea! i live in kansas and im going to NC to visit my cousin during winter break.

also, just last summer, i flew by myself to hong kong from kansas city international airport.

and when i was 10, i went from taipei to hongkong, and hong kong back to taipei. but i had a flight attendant keep me company with legos and cards. =]

make sure you bring something to entertain yourself. ( i pod;; coloring books;; game boy;; journal;; play dough;; snacks;; gum/candy;; dvd palyer;; ect)<-- i actually brought all that since I had a 20 hour flight to look forward to. haha.

if youre taking a stop in between planes, bring some money to feed yourself. they usually have some sort of fast food restaurant in the airport. since you arent going out of the country, you wont be needing your passport (or at least, i dont think you do. but im not a citizen, just a resident so i wouldnt know anything about that) i think you just need some sort of id.

& try not to get lost!

have fun!

I've taken a plane ride to FL alone from NJ 1 or 2 times a year since I was 13.. and I'm almost 16 now. It's not bad at all, if you are underage, like I think it's 14 and under, the flight attendants are there to help you out and assist you and all that good stuff. But once you are over that age you can just chill out and sit where you want. I've always had nice people sit next to me. I just sit in my seat and listen to music and draw. Just don't let people in front of you push you around and put their seats back >_> Wayyy annoying.

I've been traveling alone for years. I just sit back, listen to music, watch the shitty inflight movies and read. When your young, it is better. The fligh attendants take care of you more and bring you fun things.
