Sitting waiting wishing
I'm sitting here with memories rushing in my mind How we used to spend time together That seemed like eternity It was so perfect Just you and me But those are just memories now Cause you walked away I’m waiting for you to come back I pick up the phone thinking you’d call But don't hear your voice Hoping that everything will be normal again That is all but a lie How could you walk away I’m wishing that you would somehow Walk though that door And give me a big hug and kiss Saying that you’ll never leave me ever again But none of that will ever happen Ever since you walked away I’m just sitting, waiting and wishing |
