i have a link to the picture im referring to. i would like to know if it is a brush preset for photoshop or if someone made it. if it is a brush i'd like to know the name of the brush preset & where i could download it or a link. or just telling me the name of the brush preset is fine. thanks.

I'm never quite sure about the scribbles, it's always hard to tell if it was a.) inked/scanned, b.) moused, or c.) brushed.
There are lots of links for brushes in the Big Book of Resources, so try looking there to see if you can find something similar. Otherwise, you could probably get a similar effect by inking it on some paper, scanning it in, and turning up the contrast. |

the deviant art link was the best one. the brushes are almost identical. there might be another one like that preset im not sure. so close!
