Hell yes! hahaa. Like imagine you guys walking on the sidewalk on a cloudy day and it's around 8 p.m. Then it begins to pour and you guys start to get drenched but still don't care. Just turn and look at each other and laugh. Then continue walking and it gets cold so you hold each other tight and kiss. haha

Oh man, I think it's VERY romantic to kiss in the rain. Sadly, I don't think I've ever really experienced it before. But i can't wait. I've alway found that romantic. You know what movie has a great kiss in the rain? "Breakfast at Tiffany's" at the very end. Great rain kiss, lol.

haha yea especially if its like those movies.. ahem "....two lovers in search of each other, calling each other's name. lost. confused. where was their one true love? running in the pouring rain in circles. thunder heard. lightning approacing.... alas! the two lovers' eyes connect. they walk onto the street, ignorant to the cars and they hold each other in embrace and kiss...." haha ;)

to tell you guys the truth, when my girlfriend and I broke up...I tried so many ways to get her back.. One of the ways is standing in the rain. It was very cold and windy outside and I was only wearing a thin shirt. Her parents and brothers wasn't home but I was standing in front of her house. In front of her kitchen waiting for her to come outside to talk to me. I really miss her and love her, even though she told me to go home I still waited. Because the love that she gave me kept me warm and wanting to wait for her to come outside. So then I called her saying "babi, I'm very cold would you please come outside?" She did came outside to talk to me. But at the end she said "sorry...I don't have feelings for you anymore." I tried to kiss her in the rain, (thought it would be romantic) but I guess....she push me back..
