why doesnt nicki have my member spot, and then, as michael is more or less garunteed to be modded, he can fill her spot, so that we dont have to deal with the issue of what to do with him later.
oh, and im going to use this to post here, as i can do it legally as a guest anyway, and that way people can tell who i am |

Wait, I don't think all of us want to just put Nicki on and have staff deal with the staff member. [Now don't get me wrong, I love Nicki, but I think it would be more fair to open the floor up to all!]
I think it should be open to all and that we should have input on who comes on as staff. |

then run it like new staff are being chosen. have the remaining committee choose. |

^I think by here, he meant by-laws. If so, then you did what he wanted.
So is that just for regular member or staff as well? I think that the whole committee should have some say on which two people come in, regular and staff wise. |
