I watch all kinds of anime.. but I prefer the light-hearted funny ones like Love Hina. The last animes I saw were Ai Yori Aoshi and Kare Kano cry.gif But that was.. a while ago. Anyone have suggestions for similar animes I should see? shifty.gif

P.S.
I love these smileys.. keke hammer.gif

I love the serious anime's like cowboy bebop, gundam, and outlaw star. My favorite anime is gundam wing, and my favorite aime movie was akira.

"Akira" is so hardcore. I mean, sure, it doesn't always make a lot of sense, but the shooting and explosion animation is sweet. And when that one biker dude rips off that girls' shirt and punches her in the face...man, that's pretty hardcore. When I saw that, I think my first words were "Holy shit!"

Outlaw Star.. I have yet to finish that. It's a funny, quirky, action-packed anime. :] Plus, the dubbed version is really good, IMO. No, not the CENSORED one on cartoon network. Haha :P

One Piece (Japanese version) anime is really good as well. I haven't finished it though.. I think I'm like on episode 17 or something.. Sheesh there's too many so I gave up haha. But the ones I've seen are so good! And you don't have the stupid waterguns (instead of real guns) lol.

Also, has anyone seen Ayashi no Ceres? That was really sad! The manga's more sad. Azumanga Daioh throb.gif I love that anime. It's a classic!

I agree, Akira was hardcore! My boyfriend has the dvd, so I watched and wowwww... :D Although at times I was like, wow this is weird. I still don't understand the entire plot, But I like it as in the design as well as the action that happens in it. Yes, the fighting, shooting, explosions, etc. were awesome.

Wow Michael! Have you seen other anime movies? Okay maybe you should go watching Evangelion Neon Genesis the movie cause that was HARDCORE. The plot was vague to me, since I half understood it and half didn't. But wow the action was :O It's a mecha-type anime though. :P

Akira was awesome. I could watch it over and over.

Of course the Neon Genesis Evangelion movies are good too.
The end of evangelion was really awesome with nice action here and there... the plot escapes me though..
And Death and Rebirth was awesome. More for the people who really love the series =P

Hmmm The Love Hina movies also give me quite a few AWW's and Laughs

Gundam Wind Endless Waltz is one awesome movie as well. I recommend it =P

Other than that I'll get back to you.. Can't really remenber any movies that I really enjoyed

^ yea the Love Hina movies -- I kinda cried in the winter one haha. I had some tears. It was so cute! Endless Waltz was pretty good. I love the animation of it all -- its so complex.

As for Evangelion Neon Genesis, I guess you have to watch the whole anime series to understand the movie? My boyfriend understood the movie because he watched the series, even though he admits it was pretty weird.

Full Metal Panic and Full Metal Panic? FUMOFFU are my favorites. Samurai Champloo, Princess Tutu, Ghost in the Shell, and Getbackers are good too. Blah I'm too tired to think. I'll edit with more.

^ But it's so.. confusing. mellow.gif But hey the ending was cute. I like how emotion Tsukasa was.

Dude, I CRIED in the part when the puchiguso died. That was my favorite episode. cry.gif I'm serious! After that, I instantly fell in love with baby puchigusos. Don't know what they are? Google it. You'll know what I mean!

I watch all types of anime. Romance, comedy, action, mecha just name it. If I enjoy it then who cares =P.

Hmmm about the Evangelion Movie I actually watched the series 12 times and I still barely understand the movie.. I get how everything is going on but the ending really confused me... Like how he destroys the whole world and just leaves asuka but he chokes her to death... Still escapes me why he did that...

.. You don't get it? Okay he chokes her, but NOT to death. He's just angry. Plus, Asuka knows that since they are the ONLY two people on earth left, the only way that the human race can continue is if they you know, have sex... And since Asuka was so mean/cold to him, I guess he's just venting...
