ughhh my thighs are huge! Is there a kind of exercise to lose some fat in your thighs?

i think squats help. you stand so your feet are shoulder width apart, and you put your arms out and slowly bend down (sort of sticking your butt out...). huh.gif

Squats and lunges are really good for your thighs. But you have to make sure that when doing them, your knee never goes past your feet (yeah, my coach drills that into our heads.)

guys like girls with thighs.. some do.. so i dont bother doing anything. plus everyone says my thighs are like not big but not small [?] dont change for a bad reason.

cardio solves everything (ok, maybe not everything)
do a little jogging, running, sprinting, powerwalking, whatever your fancy daily.
eat healthy.
it will improve not only your thighs, but your body as a whole
