have you ever had one of those times where you just break down?
where so much sh** happens in your life and have no idea what to do.
where you just dont knoe who to go to anymore b/c there are people you just dont want to talk to and the people you just need the most aren't there.

well thats how im feeling. im having problems with everything in my life. my family life. school life. social life. just everything. like. right now im just asking fer some1 to talk to. to tell them about all my problems even though i may not even knoe you. just some1 who can give me advice & just help me out.

well, u can definitely rant to any of us here at createblog. i'd be more than happy to listen and help out.

yeah, i sometimes feel like that too. only good thing is, that when u feel so low, things can only go up up and awayy.

it'll pass soon enough. just hold on and make the best out of what u have. sorry i can't be more helpful. i don't really know details about what's wrong..

yeah. That happens to me alot. I'd just start crying out of nowhere. You should try to do activities that take your mind off these things if your situation isn't serious and long term.
You shouldn't let these problems build up on you all at once, deal with them as they come and move on with your life. If it's something that happened in the past, don't put your thoughts too much on it because you probably can't change it. Focus on what's ahead of you and see what you can do to make that better and what not.

If that doesn't work, Ice cream always does. I recommend Ben and Jerry's.

You're not alone; I'm pretty sure all of us go through these kinds of things. I know for me, I get really upset over a buildup of very trivial things that don't work out the way I want them to, but it's still very stressful.

Usually at this time I find time to spend with my friends, they're awesome at keeping my mind off the bad stuff and making me laugh. Always stick around people who make you feel good, it'll help, trust me.

Everyone goes through these type of things at one point in their life.

I know because I've gone through instances like these several times. It's no fun. And when it seems like no one is there to understand or listen, trust me, someone ALWAYS is. You just don't realize it or don't want to accept it. Also, just remember that you'll get through this. It will make you stronger so just persevere.

Take a break from your social life from a while. Works like a charm... when you start talking to and doing stuff with friends again, try to appear more relaxed and avoid drama; that's the best way.

i went through that recently, just did not have the mood to do anything.
do something entertaining, it might take your mind off certain things, there is always someone there to listen to you, hope you feel better soon

dustin! where have you been?! i've missed you.

but anyhow, yes. i know how you feel. i feel as if i'm almost at a breaking point right now. there's been so much crap going on. but if you need anyone to talk to, i'll be here if you need someone. i guess there isn't much to say, but it'll take time but it'll end.

Yeah, I've done that a couple of times. It's usually when I'm really stressed out or if I just can't deal with anything at the time. But, like everyone said, you will get through it, so just keep your head up.

^ agreed

Keep your head up above the water until your feet can reach the bottom again. It probably feels like someone threw you overboard in the middle of the ocean but sooner or later you'll reach land again.

Aww I know how you feel. I get easily stressed out over school and friends, especially since I've got a lot of family junk to deal with on the side. There are frequent nights when I call my boyfriend completely in tears over the most ridiculous stuff because I'm so stressed out all the time. Don't try to carry all of the weight on your shoulders. If you're into it, pray about your situation or ask others to pray for you, or like someone has already said, you can always come here when you need advice or just to vent off some steam.

I hope everything works out for you!

Yes.
All the time.

My lifes a constant unstable steady ground. I dont know if I will come home to sober parents, serene parents, a burnt down house ( it has happened ), i dont know where im sleeping that night, if im eating that day, i have no close friends, and i never open up to anyone. I have a mental disability which causes violent urges, urges i cant control and abrupt mood swings. This also causes a lot of drama between friends and family.

But Ill PM you. It seems you need someones ear, shoulder and advice.

yeah, same.

well a couple ways to get rid of stress, and get your mind off your problems are, uhmm, well, I've cried my eyes out, which made me tired, and I fell asleep, and the next morning i woke up refreshed. Also, trytaking a hot shower, reading a good book, watching a good movie, writing letters and not sending one is good, or just writing in your private blog.. and ice cream, all the way.

or the humor section in the forum, that gave me a good couple laughs when I was down. anyways, feel better. flowers.gif
