There's always the easy solution of killing him and all of his friends, driving them out to the middle of nowhere and leaving a massive pile of jerk bodies for some necrophiliac to find.
But seriously, either set up a camera (the cost of a nice camera would be offset by the fact that you wouldn't have to worry about your car after the event was captured) to catch the bastard and get a restraining order, or don't expect the law to be of any help. |

okay, so now I have the camera. But I want him to do something to my car. What could I do that will really piss him off so he'll be stupid enough to do it again. And when I caught him I"ll sue his ass!! I mean by damaging my car, what is the max money I could get for suing him?
