ok, so i've heard that the way your parents look is the way your gonna look in the future. i remeber in P.E. in 7th grade we were talking about our body weight and excercise and stuff and how we would end up lookin like out parents in the future, like with the same body weight and stuFF. soo is that true? well i kno its not true, cuz i could just stay in shape or w/e, but do you think its true?

ooh and would you like it, if you tuRned out to look like your parents in the future? whistling.gif

I don't think body type really palys a big part in this.

I mean, a parent could have you, then go on an anorexic/eating rampage. Byt the time you grow up they could be stick thin or humongously fat, but that doesn't mean that's how you'll turn out.

actually if i had to say. i dont think i'd want my husband to be quite like my dad. my dad seems like he pays more attention to work then he does us sometimes. but not all the time. and my mom,well.. my mom isnt the thinnest person in the world, i mean i love her but i don't know if i'd want to look like my mom in the future. however my parents do have pretty successful jobs.

The only thing me and my mum probably have in common is that we look like each other and height. Im 4"9 and she's about 5"4. The only difference is that she's more plumpy and Im petite.

I look a lot like my mom, but that's just mother/daughter thing. I don't think I'll look just like her, and I don't look much like my dad.

Looking like your parents is not always the turnout for everyone. For instance- Just because a boy's father is bald, doesn't mean he automatically inherits the trait for baldness. It all depends on which genes you get from which parent.

I wouldn't mind looking like my mom at all. Everyone thinks she's at least 15 years younger than what she really is!

Me and my mom look a lot alike. Our faces are really similar and so are our body types.
Shes 36yrs, 4'11, and 125ish
I'm 15yrs, 5'1, and 93ish
I hope I don't look like my parents when I'm older. I would hate that.

do you believe everything you hear? there is no way you can be the exact body weight of a parent. well, without reasonable cause and there is no way you can look EXACTLY like one of your parents. you have traits from both.

i hope to be a little better off than my parents though. i know that has nothing to do with physical appearance since i look somewhat like my dad, but thats what id like to be like in the future.

im already the tallest one in my family, including cousins, aunts, dad, grandparents, but not uncles and im only 5'6. haha. so i already beat out my dad (my mom died so i dont remmeber how tall she was) and ive got a slim figure with a fast matabolism. my dad on the other side is skinny but eats a lot so hes got a tummy. i think hes around 5'5 maybe 5'6ish 160 lbs and im 5'6 97 lbs. plus, in 2 years, ill be 18 so im pretty much almost full grown.

and i just noticed in pictures that i really look nothing like the either of them
