all my away messages pretain to what i'm doing and when i leave my cell there it usually means i'm not home so they can reach me that way.
i like when people leave there numbers in messages so if i need them i can call them |

that stuff IS annoying... this girl on my MSN right now... her whole 'title' thing is on what she's planning to do for the day... uggh.
i usually just use the away messages i save... like song lyrics or an inside joke of the day.

Now, when I think back of the times I put up away messages in ICQ, I think I used to be part of those pathetic people you desribed.
 Not anymore though. I think if someone is really that urgent to find me, he/she will get a way to contact me OTHER THAN through the Internet.

hahahahah this makes me laugh. i never see these kinds of away messages because i use msn, not aim. but i find it unnecessary when i'm talking to someone online, and they say "brb, i gotta go take a crap" or something similar. i really don't need to know when someone just has to go take a dump.
