scroll bar can't work in subscriptions, but work in Blogrings... Options

This code works in My Blogrings module but can't work in subscriptions!
I am so confused...... I hv put it in the web status already.

I hv searched the post and couldn't find a solution.
Wt can I do?

I can't see any sub scrollbars in the xanga u provided.
Is that my problem but not the code??
