While on the issue of race, I really resent the idea of 'dressing black/white' or 'acting black/white.' Its a new day, get out of the past.

I absolutely love when a woman embraces her own liberation, but there is a line of respect that women shouldn't cross. Whenever it turns into an argument as to who is the dominant gender, thats when shit has gone too far. Same thing with guys, chauvinism irks the hell out of me.

I agree. These black people from my summer camp were always asking me if I'm white even though I'm Asian! I'm like, "do i look white?" it's so obvious and it makes me so mad. I HATE when everyone assumes that all Azns come from China! Hello, I was born in Chicago! That's it, I"m never giving anyone a straight answer ever again if people ask me where I"m from. it's not curious, it's rude, especiallly when they just ask you out of the blue. for me its when someone cant take a joke, like when I tell a young girl to go lose her virginity for a laugh with the full knowledge that she is probably stupid enough to go ahead and get pregnant and/or get aids.
