Yeah I think it would be. Of course there's exceptions to everything- so even kissing in the rain can have it's negative points..

I wouldn't care if my clothes were soaking wet if I was kissing the guy I loved...especially with the contrast of the coldness of the air and the heat of his body. Just standing there kissing without a care in the world about the weather or anything else is romantic. It's wonderful. And cliche, sadly... |

i would do anything to be kissed in the rain. it's just something i always wanted to do, it's somewhat romantic but that's not my main reason for wanting to do it.
