I love the idea, the green's not my favorite but that's definitely not your fault! The navigation and the way you set up your vectos and personal pics is genius. Nice job!!!!!

Very cool. Not a big fan of the scrollboxes, and it looks a little busy in a higher resolution, but you've still done a good job.
One thing (only a suggestion) - maybe center your titles so when it runs onto two lines it doesn't look awkward? |

The only thing I can say I don't like is the Times New Roman in the actual layout. I probably would have used Courier New all around, but that's just a personal preference. It looks out-of-place.
It's a really great layout! I like it a lot. Love the tabs. |
