So lets say someone is constantly flirting with you and even everyone around you notices & calls them out on it but they don't deny it. Does that mean he justs likes to flirt with you or likes you more on another level?

Is it more of a natural thing to do or is flirting done on purpose.. ? Eh I sound like a little kid but it'd be nice to get some imput.

um..it depends on ther person.

some people flirt naturally and dont even realize it.

others only flirt with those that they like.

it all depends on the person.
a good clue is to see if that person flirts with alot of other ppl too. if so then they just like to flirt, and if not then its most likely that they like you.

but theres no sure way to know unless you ask them .

i think, with the info you've given, that there's a 60% chance he likes you.

this is assuming he's a normal guy.

it could be as low as 20% or has high as 80%, depending on him.

is he a shy sort of guy?

does he simply ignore it when people call him out on his flirting, or does he act kind of bashful

Some people flirt without knowing, its just natural that they flirt. Other may like to flirt with person just for fun, or on purpose because they like them. It really all does depend on the person.

I wouldn't really say he is shy, we work with each other so we always have to communicate. He doesn't flirt with any other girls either and when he gets called out on the flirting he just kind of has a smirk and continues talking.

for some people they can flirt without knowing it, but to be really sure about it you should talk or even flirt back see if it goes anywhere. but since he knows that he is flirting with u maybe hes doing it cuz he likes u.

Do you flirt back? Are you interested in this guy? It does sound like he likes you. Confront him about it.
