Your colors are getting better, I'll admit that.
However, your words should fade into the background unless you want them as the focus... But the tree also wants to be the focus. I like the tree as the focus better. And it's a little too effected for such a simple banner. -shrug- Maybe tone down a little on the pixelation, 'cause you don't really need it. |

you should bring back the text, cept with a lowered opacity... or set it to a blending option =/ umm i really like the textures and effects, that part is really nice

Oh I LOVE IT, the colors you used and how the tree sticks out from the rest. :D<333 But I don't think it would make a good banner since there's so much empty space. Maybe a background for a scroll bar blog with invisible scrollbar? Something like:
 Sorry for screwing around with your image.  But seriously, I love that banner.

Well, it is stroke but it's under Layer >> Layer Style >> Stroke. Mess around with the settings and then you'll get the border you want.
 Select Layer.  Go to Layer Properties.  Mess around with settings. Last image thumbed 'cause it stretched the forum. |
