well i jus joined and wenever i try to submit a layout it say screenshot must be crop to square how do i crop it?and part of my banner gets erased like whre i put my signature

The lengths and width of a square has to be the same.
Therefore, it'd be smart to crop it at a size of 500x500 or 550x550 and etc.. TOPIC MOVED: WEB DESIGN |

^ 5oo by 5oo is tops. It can be anything under that (as long as all the sides are the same size), just not over.

Which image editing program do you have? You need something a bit advanced that will have an actual crop tool.
