In the sylesheets; what do I put where it syas url |

In the syle sheets it has the url thing, but I don't know what to put where it says url. Do I put the:link, url, tag, or IMG?
Please help.

the stylesheets on here?
for..backgrounds and images, i assume, right? you can just put whatever starts with 'http://' and ends with '.jpg' , '.gif' '.bmp' or '.png' |
