psp9 help w/ brushes, the brush is rotating idk why |

i normally use psp 7, and i just downloaded psp 9, and when i use the brushes they are rotating every time i click and they are changing color, but when i first used psp9 it didnt do this, does anyone know what i did or how i can fix it? please help
