yes i have 2 listen 2 rock music when i do homework or sumthin cuz otherwise my mind wanders and i cant concentrate and music breaks the silence and 4 some reason if i have silence it bugs me so i always have some type of sound in my house.....i no its strange so sue me.

I like to listen to music when I'm doing some homework, but if it actually requires me to use my noggin and think, forget it. All that screaming and thinking combined just might make my head explode. |

does anyone listen to music while you are doing homework or anything else you do? i find it easier to listen to music while i do stuff, it helps me concentrate for some reason. |

Same here. I have to have noise going on in the background or else I can't concentrate. Doesn't really make sense.. but it's how I have to do my homework. It doesn't distract me at all.

yeah i listen to music.. mostly its lyk slow jamz.. or normal songs.. something that i love listening too.. it helps me! lol cuz i realize that i go faster.. lol.. but yeah if i read.. no.. haha.. it throws me off into a different thought.. lol

I heard it helps a lot of people with concentrating and stuff.
But it's quite a distraction for me. Like when I'm trying to read a book, I can't have ANYTHING on. I hate when people talk, too. A lot of times I get distracted and want to hear the lyrics again, or I hate that particular song so I have to get up to change it. |
