ahhhhh i need help!!, couple simple questions GRR Options

im sorry if anyone already posted this ive been looking for hours and I GIVE UP!!

1. how do i change the font of the "about me" "who id like to meet", not HIDE, CHANGE. and also is there a way i can change the little "blurb's" and "you have eighty million billion friends" sections? i saw codes on here but they were half cut off and im kind of computer illiterate when it comes to thissss

2. how can i change my contact table? i just want it exactly how it is but just the add me and message me buttons, not the other crap. ive seen tons of ways to change the whole thing or hide it, but i just want the add me and message me. can this be done errrrrrrrr what?

3. that damn extended network thing. is there anyway i can just change what it says? leave it how it is, but change the words? i saw some guy that had it but he wrote this novel about how he hates people to ask him anything sooooo ill ask here =/
