This is the very first time I've done a vector. I think it's pretty swell. _unsure.gif

I think the eyes are very good as a first attempt.
Choppiness is tolerated in the first try but try to improve it next time!

It is really choppy and the colors are a bit weird. Did you use the posterized colors? The way it's the easiest for me is to greyscale it, then posterize it, and then use my own colors for the skin tones and all.

But as a first it's better than my first was!

I did my vector at school, and I didn't really know how to save it at school, so I screenshot it and put it on my xanga. But for some reason, it altered my colors.

I love how everyone keeps repeating that it's choppy. I do have a good excuse for it though. Can anyone tell me how to "unchop" (heehee) it?

to unchop hahah
you need more layers [like if you posterize it put it like on level 10 or so]
um use small amounts of contrast in the skin.. so keep your colors pretty alike with small differences in the tones.
hmmm using the pen tool usually helps

i think you did an awesome job tho cuz i dont know, you really have the basics down good. the eyes are pretty nice, juss work on the extra layers, it will make it look more realistic.
