Just finished my first real div layout. Took a long time but it was worth it. I've made some sweet flash elements such as slideshows. animated banners, etc but myspace disabled embed.
 The layout is supposed to be "Windows Vista" themed, although most people don't know what that is lol. The background is from a beta of Vista, and everything else I made with Photoshop/Imageready CS2, Frontpage and Dreamweaver.Constructive critictism would be awesome. Thanks! Myspace |

Nice. I don't like how the disabled horizontal scroll bar is showing though.

Hey thanks everyone! I appriciate the imput/support!
 And d4z3, you're right about the horizontal scrollbars. I don't know how to fix that...the html source file doesn't have the same problem, it only shows up on myspace for some reason. Oh yeah this isn't my first graphics project, its more like my first coding-anything project. It was easier than i thought it would be. And what I'm doing with flash is mostly aesthetic..there will be fast moving composite 3D clouds on the upper right banner under the words, a slideshow of my pictures on the upper left, my friend's pictures and their myspace links in a slideshow under the 3D link box on the right (which will also be flash, the buttons will glow on mouseover). I'm also planning on making the myspace linkbar and the profile linkbar flash, so they can have mouseover effects too. anyways...Again, thanks everyone! |

Yeah the horizontal scrollbars kind of bother me.
It's unique, but it really reminds me of like an invision powerboard, or windows... especially the icons. but yeah, nice job. especially for a first time div. |

Wow, thanks!!
 Hehe it kinda helped having a graphics background though. Oh yeah and I figured out how to fix that horizontal scrolling problem...the div overflow for the content frames were originally set to "scroll"; setting it to "auto" did it. And as for the icons, they're a part of the Windows Vista theming...but I might change them with the theme over time.
