hmm. haven't been on here in a while.
not sure if this is in the right place. oh well. i guess we'll see. so. i was wondering how you make pictures like this, [multiple images on top of each other with borders]. right now all i have is MGI Photosuite 4. i'm not sure what you can do with that, but if you can make your picture like the one above, let me knoww. thanks. =] <3 |

you just need to add a border to each indivisual picture.
Then create a bigger document and paste each picture (w/ the border) on top of each other. Im not sure if you can make thenew document with that program but you should atleast be able to add borders. You can add them on top of each other in paint. |

well i dont know how to use photoshuite..but that cant be easily done w/ mspaint just crop and paste the picture above each other and add in a black border =]

What I'd do is do the borders and such in paint, not save, but copy into photosuite
