You should have animation shop, cause you'll need it.
Make one layer have your text, and make another layer that has the glow, and then add tween? I think that's what it's called... |

well theres no tween setting on animation shop.
but, like kristina said, make 2 images, one the normal, the other, the glowy one. then i think its..Image Effects - Insert Image Transition. try fade. |
