ok so i've been playing around with adobe photoshop, and i'm a total beginner
 but my friends have done reeaaally nice banners, and they told me they "Vectored". can i VECTOR on adobe photoshop? and how?  a bit stupid at this....plz help!

there are tutorialals and they takea long time...
there are probably some in the tutorial section but shouldt this be in xanga help or something? or webdesign chat? |

you can't really teach someone how to vector its something you pick up

TRUE vectors are not created in photoshop, as it`s a raster based program... just thought i`d say that.

Vectors are slightly easier to do in Illustrator, but they work well with Photoshop too. I believe [2]Nekked's tutorials are done with Illustrator so if you have that then they might be easier to follow.
