Um..
I like the overall idea and concept, but I'm not sure if I like this so much. The model seems a bit....out of place. Like in comparison to the background, she seems a bit larger than the perspective. But you did a nice job on it  By the way... CODE [thumb]Place your image URL here[/thumb]

Ooh, it gives off a nice scary feel. I like it, although I'm not too sure about the font.

hmm.. not much too say.. since there isnt much in the image... i mean it looks ok an all.. but it needs some more stuff.. like maybe some other people in the back, maybe they can be in the distance leaving her alone? sorry just throwing ideas out.

Ah, makes me think of it as a lonely ghost.
Love it, great job. Just give it a bit more retouching, and then it should be perfect.
