so ~_~ i blame my dad for not installing classic on the new comp.

any way, i want to play diablo II BUT i need classic to install the game before i can get the osx carbon. Mac OS 9 System Folder <- thats what i need on my computer

any one know a site where i can get a trial run of classic on my computer? i searched and kept just finding updates in which i require one os or the other that i dont have. do i just need a cd? -_- i think my mom threw away all of my mac cds cause we never used them for the longest time cry.gif

Oh my god.
You play Diablo?
That is so hot/hardcore.
Marry me.
Please.
Now.

Anyways, classic? Describe for me as I do not use Mac. But I still may be able to help you.

Good news and bad news:

Bad news: to install Classic on Mac OS X, you need a CD with Mac OS 9.2 on it.

Good news: Blizzard has released a Mac OS X native installer for Diablo II.

FYI: I don't know if anyone cares, but it would not be quite legal to offer the software for download (and seems pointless since there is a Mac OS X installer for Diablo II).
