hi i know this has been a topic before.and its closed.i have a question about making it.for the marquee around the picture thing.

can it be done on photoshop too?
not just paint shop.
i only have photoshop cs2 and animation shop.so im just wondering if so.
if you can make it for photoshop, can you help me find a tutorial on making it or is it the same from the other link.

If you have Photoshop, you should have Image Ready, right? The tutorial was actually written for Image Ready. :)

kk thanks for that note,and i have image ready :], but im stuck at step 2...dividing it into 4 pieces to make it black and white..and what tool and all that information.

Paintbucket/pencil tool.
You split it into four boxes... It's 3px on each side of a line - use the ruler - and then 3px on either side of another, horizontal, line.

Yeah, just zoom in all the way and get your pencil tool (hit b on your keyboard). Then just draw in the boxes the way you see in the tutorial, in a mini-checkerboard-type pattern.
