centering navigation |

is there a specific code that i could use to center my navigation at the top?
ex: Home | Browse | Search | Invite | Rank | Mail | Blog | Favorites | Forum | Groups | Events | Games | Music | Classifieds everytime i change layouts, it always shifts too far to the left, or too far to the right |
